2^nd Concert – A Piano and Voice Performance

featuring Rachel Gauci – Piano, Clare Ghigo – Mezzo Soprano

The audience will be enchanted with works by Brahms, Mallia Pulvirenti and Benjamin Britten.

Join us again at the church of Santa Marija ta’ Bir Miftuħ in Gudja, for an insightful talk by author and collector John Gatt about the various coins minted by the Knights during their 268-year stay in Malta.

Mr Gatt, has been collecting coins since he was eight. His passion kicked off when his grandfather visited his home in Australia in 1976 and gave him a 200-year-old de Rohan Grano coin. He now has over 400 in his collection.

There will be time after the talk for questions, and some coins will be on display. He has written a book with the same name as the talk and copies of the 2018 publication will be for sale at the event.

The talk is being organised by Skaligudja in collaboration with Din l-Art Ħelwa. Seating is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis, so registration is required by email to info@dinlarthelwa.org

3^rd Concert – A String Quartet Performance

featuring Ester Garcia Salas – Viola, Inmaculada Muñoz Salgüero — Violin, Agnieszka Kuzma – Violín, Frank Camilleri — Violoncello

The performers will regale the audience with works by Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga, Joaquín Turina, Isaac Albéniz.
