LECTURE BY DR JOSEPH BUHAGIAR – PERSPECTIVES ON OLIVE CULTIVATION AND PROCESSING IN MALTESE ROMAN ANTIQUITY

This highly interesting talk discussing the important cultivation of olives, processing and the olive route in Malta Maltese Roman antiquity will be given by Dr Joseph Buhagiar, Director of Argotti Botanic Gardens and Resource Centre at the Judge Caruana Curran Hall, at Din l-Art Ħelwa, 133 Melita St., Valletta.   Admission is free of charge but donations to Din l-Art Ħelwa’s restoration projects will be greatly appreciated.
