‘Malta’s Magna Charta’ Public lecture by Dr Michael Frendo

On Thursday 5th February, Dr Michael Frendo, former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Parliament of Malta (2010-2013), will present a lecture entitled ‘Malta’s Magna Charta’, a study on the Royal Charter granted to the Maltese in 1428 by Alfonso V of Aragon affirming the rights of the Maltese nation, the events leading to it and its political and constitutional significance.
